SEEEMS.FRAMEWORK is available as a free trial download for a limited period of time, after which we ask you to register with us.

It will not attract a licence fee when it is used with one of our other licensed products, for example commercial CMS, or when a CMS for resale is developed based on FRAMEWORK. At that time SEEEMS gets a share of the price. It can also be used free of charge in conjunction with one of our other licences, hosting, or Private Label. If you want to use FRAMEWORK to develop more functionality for sale, that is for commercial use, not free open source, you have to purchase our Developer Licence.

FRAMEWORK is available for anyone to try, but it will require a licence of some kind, as above, or even a free open source licence in order for it to become active and fully functional.

SEEEMS.CMS offers three solutions, which are available with different price models, to suit different businesses and budgets.

Option 1: SEEEMS.CMS - stand alone licence.
This is a single or stand alone licence that is purchased for a single site. It can be installed on any server or web space. Typically this is bought by companies that wish to install the product on their own server.

Optional regular updates are available from a reseller or vendor or from SEEEMS. There are discounts for purchasing additional units using the same licence. All discounts are negotiable.

Option 2: SEEEMS.RENTAL
This is SEEEMS' version of a website sold as a hosted solution. With this option the site is hosted for the renter and cannot be hosted on their own server. It can be hosted by SEEEMS or a reseller or vendor. There is a one off initial licence fee and then a monthly cost for hosting, e-mail and regular automatic updates.

Option 3: SEEEMS.HOSTING
This licence allows the user to install a version that gives easy installation of many SEEEMS sites on the same server, based on a common core (this means easy updates of all sites on the core at once). It also means common administration of all sites for the hoster. It is a solution that resellers, vendors or large organisations can use and that enables them to offer rental solutions themselves.

The initial purchase price is for the first server, for subsequent servers the rate is 50% of the above.

Optional regular updates (at least twice a year) are purchased from a reseller or vendor with a fee for the first server and each subsequent server paying 50%. These prices increase by 15% when purchased direct from SEEEMS.

All updates are installed by the hoster. If an update agreement has not been entered into then can be no guarantee about them and if they are then required they will be priced as a new licence.

If you purchase SEEEMS.CMS stand alone licence or SEEEMS.HOSTING you can, in addition, purchase our White Label or Private Licence. This means that you can make your own skins, including own logo, icons and form layout. SEEEMS provide a special programming interface for this. The White Label Licence is based on SEEEMS.FRAMEWORK which may not be removed.

There is an upfront purchase price and then mandatory annual updates at a fee of approximately 10% of the initial cost. Please note that this is only mandatory if the client wishes to update his core with the new core and that the price for updates will also depend on what option has been chosen, (Stand alone or Hosting).

Please note we do not quote prices here as the final price will be dependent on the additional features or services that your reseller will provide. Be aware that it will always cost more to purchase directly from SEEEMS.

With this product there are 3 versions to choose from. The choice that is made will depend in the most on the volume of mailing that will be sent.

Option 1: Stamp
SEEEMS.NEWSLETTER Stamp is a quick and easy way to purchase the mailing of newsletters. Simply buy as many as you need. They can be used within one year from purchase date. When a new package is purchased, any remainder from the old package is transferred.

Option 2: Volume
SEEEMS.NEWSLETTER Volume is intended for companies that send out large quantities of mailings. It is possible send up to approximately 50 million messages a month. One lump sum per year covers the cost of all the mailings. (Price per mailing depends on how many are sent.)

Option 3: Licence
SEEEMS.NEWSLETTER Licence is purchased and installed on the company's own choice of server. This could for example be the server that is currently used to send out newsletters.

With this product there are 2 versions to choose from. Both of these options require a separate instance of the application installed on the server or webspace.

Option 1: Unlimited organisations
Pay a one off price that then allows use of the product for an unlimited number of organisations.

Option 2: Pay per organisation
Pay an initial licence price and in addition pay a price for each organisation that uses the application.

For both of these options it is highly recommended that an anuual update agreement is entered into. This would cost a small annual percentage price of the original fee paid, around 15%.
