For many years Ronacrete Ltd have recognized the value and importance of a good looking, functional and easy to navigate web site, populated with the right amount of relevant information that is easily accessible by clients and potential customers. Having run a fully hosted and managed site with content written by us but compiled and uploaded by others, we recognised the benefits of a content managed site where we could decide, subject to parameters, what to add into the site, where, and when.

We moved to a CMS site run by a UK company who did a good job for us, but due to major issues with ownership, management and finances we were forced to look around for a new CMS provider. Through a UK reseller we were introduced to SEEEMS and to Michel Lutz and his software. He demonstrated not only a clear understanding of our needs but also contributed many of his own ideas into the design and build of our new site. His UK reseller, SoInspired, project managed our new site with both hands from start to finish – well, let’s be honest, a website is never finished but is always in a state of evolution.

The emphasis placed on SEO is of major importance. We didn’t fully appreciate how vital this is, nor how big an issue. With every company striving to be number one on page one of the Google search page, we realized how proactive we have to be to move up the rankings and then stay there. It is a significant investment in time and research, and patience is needed. The SEEEMS CMS BackOffice structure contains everything needed to maximize SEO and when needed SEEEMS have adapted their software to make our lives easier and the website stronger.

With the capabilities and experience of both SEEEMS and SoInspired we now have a website which outperforms our previous site in usability and appearance, and has significantly improved our SEO ranking. Working hand in hand with Keith Harris of SoInspired we have learned a tremendous amount about SEO, what to place where, and how to benchmark, measure and compare performance. Service, support and response times from both companies have enabled us to keep ahead of our competitors on many of the keyword search phrases with net gains being seen weekly in search ranking and visitor traffic.
