Request support
As with most websites, we have an FAQ section, which is always worth checking for the answers to common questions. If this doesn't answer your question then please complete the Request Support form.
Personal support
Every user of SEEEMS products will have access to personal support if needed. Personal support is not automatically included in the licence, so the user needs to take out a support agreement with their support partner, which will be SEEEMS or one of their distributors. SEEEMS.ApS offers hotline support at the price quoted in the SEEEMS price list. There is also a prepaid support hotline available where the user can limit the price per hour by prepaying for a specific number of customer hours. The prepaid account can be used for support and small content related tasks.
Online support
In addition to personal support, we also offer many other ways to find out about how our products work and resolve any problems. In this section of the website you can access helpful screencasts and screenshots of our products, or watch an online demo. These are really useful too for prospective purchasers to see exactly how intuitive our products are to use. When you become a customer, you will be able to log in to our wiki, which is our comprehensive online support documentation. Here not only do you have access to a vast knowledgebase, but as you work with us and develop your system, you will be able to join the community and add your own information. Here at SEEEMS we believe in collaboration.
Support information - How do I find it?
In all SEEEMS products the support information is structured in the same way because we have three basic rules for how this information is supplied: Find Support
Community support
Finally...Our community portal
This is where you become a true part of the SEEEMS family. Hear and post the latest news, read interesting and relevant articles, join in a discussion forum, add your own FAQs, let everyone know what's happening on the events calendar, and check out the list of projects and tasks to work on. This is also where you can access the download area to share open source components and property editors that have been developed and provided by the community participants.
